| Reader's DigestMusk Melon are available in India in the beginning of Summer days and very popular as a cold drink and not as a soup. Musk Melon are peeled, chopped, ground and cooled in freeze. In the afternoon the cooled melon syrup is mixed with orange or fresh lemon juice top up with coriander and cinnamon powder and taken as sarbet  mostly equivalent as cantaloupe soup.
